Lower-Level Living Suite

This project transformed a cold, unfinished basement with exposed concrete floors and foundation walls into a fully designed lower-level living space featuring a theater, wet bar, gym, full bathroom, and two bedrooms and creating a seamless extension of the home.

Results

The basement now functions as a complete secondary living level that's ideal for entertaining, hosting guests, or daily family use. The thoughtful layout, custom built-ins, and durable material selections added significant usable square footage and long-term value to the home.
